Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team at Wentworth By the Sea. As a Massage Therapist, you will be responsible for administering professional massage and body treatments to our guests, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Care: Provide personalized massage and body treatments to guests, ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.
  • Service Delivery: Administer massage and body treatments in accordance with spa protocols and accepted certification practices.
  • Communication: Effectively inform and educate guests about specific wellness concerns and provide recommendations for future treatments.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other spa professionals to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Sanitation and Safety: Uphold the highest standards of sanitation and sterilization, adhering to local laws and spa policies.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Properly care for equipment and use products efficiently to minimize waste and costs.
  • Product Knowledge: Have complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products offered, including retail items.
  • Guest Relations: Handle guest inquiries and concerns professionally and courteously, providing accurate and timely responses.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, and retail, as well as programs, promotions, and discounts available.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Must hold and maintain a current state license.
  • Skills and Qualities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer knowledge, and a friendly and outgoing personality.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced spa environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and guest needs.
