Overview/Responsibilities
Support the management team with the following tasks:
Ensure the salon achieves its daily and monthly sales and retail objectives while enhancing overall profitability.
Safeguard company resources through effective training and regular salon evaluations.
Participate in the recruitment, hiring, and training of salon personnel.
Attract high-caliber talent for both the salon and the district.
Enhance team morale by effectively guiding the team towards financial and technical achievements.
Recognize and celebrate successes within the salon and on regional social media platforms.
May need to join leadership calls and meetings as required.
Facilitate and/or lead salon meetings.
Collaborate with leadership to devise monthly strategies aimed at fulfilling salon, district, and corporate goals (such as contests, tracking systems, etc.).
Act as the primary contact for the salon during the Salon Leader's absence.
Be prepared to assume management responsibilities when the opportunity arises.
Ensure compliance with all company and state board sanitation and PPE regulations.
Qualifications
Demonstrated strong customer service focus.
Proficient in business management skills including scheduling, cash handling, and reporting.
Exemplifies and expects high standards of excellence.
Ability to motivate and inspire team members.
Effective coaching and mentoring skills.

Must meet and uphold minimum commissioning standards.
