Job Title: Barista

Great Western Dining is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving high-quality beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, answer questions, take orders, and accept payments in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages to meet customer needs.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and serve food items, such as sandwiches and baked goods, to customers.
  • Workspace Maintenance: Maintain a clean and well-stocked workspace, including the dining area and equipment.
  • Inventory Management: Take inventory and replenish items as needed to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Previous experience in food and beverage preparation or customer service is preferred.
  • Training and Development: Willingness to continue learning about food and beverage preparation and customer service.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent listening and communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to walk, bend, and stand for extended periods.
  • Availability: Availability to work around peak hours, including nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
Salary:

$11 - $13 per hour
