Patient Care Associate

We are seeking a skilled Patient Care Associate to join our team as a Clinical Support Specialist. This role will assist in providing high-quality patient care by supporting the nursing team in a variety of clinical functions.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with direct patient care needs, including activities of daily living and vital sign monitoring
- Contribute to a safe and compassionate patient care environment by fostering a culture of respect and kindness
- Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Assist with patient data collection and specimen processing
- Support the maintenance of a safe and clean patient care environment
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Successful completion of a nursing assistant training program or equivalent experience
- CPR training required
- Knowledge of English language sufficient to read, speak, and write accurately
- Certification as a nursing assistant
- Basic computer skills
