Automotive Service Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the flow of our drive lane to ensure that customers receive timely and efficient service.
- Take ownership of the customer's experience by completing additional tasks that leave a positive impression with our customers.
- Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in-person, to ensure seamless communication.
- Efficiently distribute work between technicians to meet customer needs.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability to manage others and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and information.
- A clean driving record and willingness to submit to a background check and drug screen.
