Job Summary

The Preschool Teacher Aide will support the Lead Teacher in supervising classes during nap and break times, assisting with meals, safety, and maintaining a clean classroom environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparing and implementing daily lesson plans and activities.
  • Supervise children during designated times and maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Support mealtime and snack preparation, feeding children, and modeling good table manners.
  • Maintain a clean and organized classroom, adhering to company standards.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must meet state licensing requirements for education and experience. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, and a CDA certification is preferred. You should possess excellent communication skills, patience, and ability to work with diverse age groups.
