Role Overview

We're seeking skilled Speech Language Pathologists to collaborate with our multidisciplinary team and deliver high-quality clinical care to children with diverse needs.


Compensation Package

We offer a competitive hourly rate ranging from $34-$51.66/hour, including a base rate and bi-weekly bonuses for experienced clinicians. Additionally, our total compensation package encompasses:

  • Total Hourly Compensation: Ranging from $34-$51.66/hour
  • Clinician-Designed Bonus: Bi-weekly rewards for client engagement and caseload management
  • Paid Time Off: 29 days (20 vacation, 7 holidays, 2 for professional development)
  • Benefits: Health (HSA/PPO), Vision, Dental, 401(k) with matching, and disability coverages
Job Responsibilities

We are looking for proficient Speech Language Pathologists who excel in the following areas:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech therapy assessments to identify individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver individualized therapy sessions with a focus on personal growth and development
  • Offer guidance, training, and support to staff and parents on speech therapy matters
  • Contribute to the development of Individualized Educational Plans (IEPs) that align with patient needs
  • Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistent interventions
  • Provide mentorship and supervision to Clinical Fellows as part of our organizational learning culture
Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
  • Current licensure as a Speech Therapist and registration with the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and applicable state licenses
