Dietary Aide

We are seeking a highly skilled Dietary Aide to join our team at Brookhaven Health Care Facility LLC.

This is a per-diem position, with flexible schedules and same-day pay options available. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a crucial role in supporting the health and nutrition of our residents by assisting with food preparation services while maintaining strict sanitation and safe handling procedures.

• Ensure that each resident's meal, snack, and beverage aligns with their individual medical nutrition plans.
• Prepare and serve meals, wash dishes, stock unit kitchenettes, work the tray line, and set tables for serving.

• Minimum age: 16 years old.
• Previous dietary experience preferred.
• Maintain high standards of personal cleanliness and hygiene.
• Health status suitable for food service required.
• Ability to read and understand work assignments, report verbally, and provide written documentation as necessary.
• Demonstrate respect for residents' privacy and rights, display genuine concern and empathy for the elderly.
• Able to perform tasks while upholding high standards of quality, cleanliness, and kindness.
• Showcase qualities of responsibility, diplomacy, and ability to work well with fellow staff members.
