Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily staffing and ongoing personnel needs
  • Ensure compliance with patient care standards, including call light response and infection control
  • Participate in daily interdisciplinary team meetings and address follow-up items
  • Provide educational support to facility team members regarding Medicare documentation and management
  • Prepare the unit for new patient admissions

Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated STAR mentality (Selfless, Tough, Accountable, Respectful)
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred
  • A minimum of three years' experience in a skilled nursing environment is preferred
  • At least one year of leadership experience in a managerial role is preferred
  • Current nursing license in Nebraska or a compact state as a Registered Nurse
