Job Description

Rural Psychiatry Associates is a leading provider of mental health services in rural and remote areas. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Patient Access Coordinator to join our team in our Minot office.

The Patient Access Coordinator will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and vendors;
  • Scheduling appointments and managing the clinic's provider schedule;
  • Managing patient records and maintaining accurate and up-to-date information;
  • Preparing and distributing reports as requested;
  • Assisting with the coordination of clinic operations and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning;
  • Performing other related duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, and be proficient in the use of computers and office equipment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and travel to other Rural Psychiatry Associates clinic sites will be required in a rotation.
