Mammography Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Mammography Technologist to join our team at Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY). As a Mammography Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality imaging services to our patients.
Responsibilities- Evaluate exams for technical accuracy and confirm that completed examinations are delivered
- Document the completion of each examination as required by protocol
- Demonstrate knowledge of proper patient positioning, imaging techniques, and equipment setting, producing high-quality images
- Utilize appropriate film markers and accommodate any variations due to patient condition
- Current license as a Radiologic Technologist as indicated by the NYS Department of Health
- Current registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (AART) in Mammography
- Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Proficient in all areas of general radiology and mammography
- Completion of an AMA-approved school of Radiologic Technology
