We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team at HCA Florida West Marion Hospital. As a Float Pool RN, you will have the opportunity to work in various areas across the nursing spectrum, providing exceptional patient care and collaborating with our talented team of healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities- Provide patient-centered care, making nursing assessments and diagnoses to develop effective care plans.
- Facilitate patient care, ensuring seamless transitions and communication among team members.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Current licensure as a registered professional nurse in the state of Florida.
- Associate Degree or BSN preferred.
- 2 years of recent bedside nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting preferred.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within 90 days of employment start date.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date.
- Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification within 90 days of hire.
