Key Responsibilities: (Additional tasks may be assigned)

  • Oversees the dispatch of all goods, materials, and supplies.
  • Works collaboratively with logistics personnel, customer service agents, service providers, and other stakeholders involved in product shipment.
  • Monitors, tracks, and updates the status of outgoing shipments.
  • Keeps the work area clean and organized.
  • Maintains precise logs of daily movements, inventory scanning, and accurate counting.
  • Interacts positively with vendors and drivers.
  • Provides supplementary support for the shipping and receiving department.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Experience in scanning and sorting
  • Skills in pulling, packing, and loading
  • Effective written and verbal communication abilities
  • Strong organizational skills and a sense of urgency
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Capability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Able to climb ladders
  • Experience operating both sit-down and stand-up forklifts
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
