Dietary Department Manager

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Dietary Department Manager to join our team at Elite Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dietary department, ensuring that our residents receive high-quality nutritional services.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with our registered dietician to develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs of our residents.
- Ensure that our dietary department is maintained in a clean, safe, and sanitary manner, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Review and approve therapeutic and regular diet plans, ensuring compliance with physician orders.
- Recruit, interview, and select qualified dietary personnel to meet the needs of our department.
- Forecast and manage the budget for our dietary department, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Maintain accurate records of expenditures and monitor dietary services to ensure resident needs are met.
