Speech Language Pathologist Job Description

Sellersburg Healthcare Center is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in helping our residents achieve their communication and swallowing goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and develop treatment plans for patients/residents with communication and swallowing disorders.
  • Plan and conduct rehabilitative treatment programs to improve communication and swallowing skills.
  • Instruct residents, families, and caregivers on communication and swallowing techniques.
  • Attend interdisciplinary meetings to relay clinical findings and make recommendations to the rehab team.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Valid or pending State Speech Language Pathology License.
