- Stay updated with industry trends, material costs, and labor rates.
- Present findings to clients and negotiate terms.
- Assist in the preparation of bid proposals.

- Monitor project progress and adjust estimates as necessary.
- Prepare reports and documentation for management review.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

- Professional certification (e.g., AACE, ASPE) is a plus.
