We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Team Lead to join our Dunkin' Donuts team. As a Restaurant Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of restaurant staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of restaurant staff to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales and profitability

Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop restaurant team members

Plan, monitor, appraise, and review employee performance

Coach restaurant team members to drive sales, improve profitability, and guest satisfaction

Lead team meetings and deliver training to restaurant team members

Review guest feedback results and implement action plans to drive improvement

Communicate restaurant priorities, goals, and results to restaurant team members

Execute new product roll-outs, including training, marketing, and sampling

Control costs to maximize profitability

Complete weekly labor schedules to ensure all shifts are staffed to meet guest demand and service standards

Must possess a valid State of Maine driver's license

Must have reliable transportation
