The Compensation and Benefits Specialist plays a vital role in supporting the success of our human resources team at American Senior Communities. This position is responsible for administering payroll programs, communicating compensation and benefit information to employees, and providing exceptional customer service to our residents, family members, and staff.
Responsibilities:- Compile and submit payroll data to HR accurately and timely through Employee Data Sheets (EDS)
- Act as a liaison between facility, ASC Payroll, and HR departments regarding payroll-related matters
- Promote a positive employee experience by effectively communicating company compensation and benefit programs
- Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers, and staff
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Previous office and payroll experience preferred
We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience.
