Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct surveys and assessments of existing structures to identify maintenance and repair requirements
  • Draft inspection reports and effectively communicate evaluation findings and subsequent action plans
  • Offer technical guidance to project teams and ensure prompt resolution of issues
  • Assist in technical sales initiatives to strengthen client relationships and attract new business
  • Provide mentorship and support in the training and development of engineering staff

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's and Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; Professional Engineer (P.E.) designation preferred
  • Over 7 years of experience in concrete construction, repair, restoration, and forensic analysis
  • Demonstrated expertise in forensic and restoration engineering specific to parking structures
