CVOR Nurse

As a CVOR Nurse at Dignity Health, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to critically ill patients. This position requires a strong understanding of cardiovascular care and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Assess patient/family health problems and resources, taking a leadership role in developing and implementing a plan for critical nursing care.
Provide professional intensive nursing care and interventions to critically ill patient populations, demonstrating an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individual served.
Requirements:
Graduate of an RN School of Nursing
Current California RN License
Current BLS Certification through American Heart Association (AHA)
One (1) year recent inpatient or outpatient operating room nursing experience or equivalent to one (1) year procedural experience (IE, IR, Endo, Cath Lab) continous.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Computer Literacy
Preferred:
Bachelor degree in health or related field
One year acute care experience.
Completion of a Perioperative 101 (Or equivalent) course of study or two (2) years recent inpatient operating room nursing experience.
