Requirements

  • Proven experience as a life insurance broker or sales professional
  • Deep understanding of life insurance products and policies, including term life, whole life, and universal life insurance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong sales and negotiation abilities to close deals and meet sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to identify opportunities and mitigate risks
  • Proactive and self-motivated to drive business growth and success
  • Valid insurance agent/broker license to operate in the industry
