Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Operations Analyst, Senior to join our team at Booz Allen Hamilton. As a key member of our cyber operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients' defensive cyber operations (DCO) efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor security environments and identify security gaps through the eyes of an adversary.
  • Provide cybersecurity expertise, analysis, and support to DCO teams.
  • Work alongside multiple stakeholders to evaluate risk and make meaningful recommendations.
  • Use advanced knowledge of networking to inform strategies and mitigate vulnerabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective cybersecurity solutions.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience with DoD operational missions and impacts.
  • 4+ years of experience with cyber strategic and operational environments.
  • 4+ years of experience with DoD Information Technology, DoD Information Networks, or cyberspace tactical environments.
  • Experience with cybersecurity, vulnerability scanning, and network monitoring tools to support DCO.
  • Experience with TCP/IP networking.
  • Top Secret clearance.
  • HS diploma or GED.
  • DoD 8140 IAT II Certification, including Security+.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with DoD or Navy cybersecurity and acquisition processes.
  • Experience with the DoD or Navy Cyber Test and Evaluation (T&E) 6 phase process.
  • Experience with penetration testing.
  • Experience with cyber resilience and cyber survivability requirements.
  • Experience with cybersecurity management tools.
  • Experience with Bro/Zeek and Suricata networking monitoring tools, RedSeal threat modeling, Splunk queries for SIEM aggregation, and ACAS vulnerability scanning.
  • Knowledge of Cross Domain Solutions (CDS).
  • TS/SCI clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • CCNP Certification.

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.
