Key Responsibilities- Plan and provide professional nursing care to patients in accordance with physician orders and established guidelines.
- Administer chemotherapy on an outpatient basis, utilizing your expertise in chemotherapy and immunotherapy administration.
- Conduct ongoing and critical patient assessments, identifying and addressing symptoms and concerns.
- Develop and implement individualized patient education plans, promoting informed decision-making and empowerment.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and licensed as a RN in the State of Georgia in good standing.
- Minimum of two years of full-time experience as a RN post-orientation or post-residency training.
- Certified in American Heart Association's Basic Cardiac Life Support.
- Additional cardiopulmonary resuscitation certifications (e.g., ACLS, NRP, PALS) may be required, depending on the specific clinical unit.
- BSN degree and national certification in a clinical specialty are preferred.
