• Develop and implement effective strategies to meet personal income goals and dealership productivity standards.
• Collaborate with the Buying Center Manager to report on objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
• Assist with lead generation by managing incoming email leads and setting appointments for vehicle demonstrations.
• Stay up-to-date on incoming inventory, features, and accessories to provide customers with the best possible experience.
• Work closely with the service department and body shop to ensure vehicles are reconditioned as expected and on schedule.
• Maintain a prospect development system and an owner follow-up system to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Regularly review and analyze actions to determine how to better utilize time and plan more effectively.
