Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of restaurant staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating employees
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
- Manage restaurant operations, including inventory, scheduling, and customer service
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including sales, labor costs, and inventory levels
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and goals
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role
- Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving sales growth
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Food safety certification and ability to obtain a Food Manager's certification
The General Manager will work in a typical restaurant kitchen environment, which includes but is not limited to using equipment such as a flattop and char grill, oven, slicer, mixer, and food processor.
