Hospice Nurse

- Provide skilled nursing care, including wound care, medication management, and symptom control.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and address patient concerns.
- Teach patients and families about disease management, medication use, and self-care techniques.
- Document patient progress, including medical history, treatment plans, and outcomes.
- Current RN licensure in the state of VA.
- Minimum one year of nursing experience, preferably in hospice care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
