Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Home Health Aide to join our team at Better Home Health Care Agency, Inc. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide personalized care and support to patients in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management.
  • Prepare meals and snacks, and assist with feeding.
  • Assist with light housekeeping, such as changing bed linens and tidying up living areas.
  • Document patient care and report any changes or concerns to the supervising nurse.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervising nurse, such as taking vital signs and assisting with exercises.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Current certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift and move patients as needed.
