As a Microbiology Technologist, you will be responsible for performing clinical laboratory procedures, examinations, and tests pursuant to established protocols. This will include maintaining equipment and records, as well as performing quality assurance activities related to examination performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform clinical laboratory procedures, examinations, and tests pursuant to established protocols.
  • Maintain equipment and records, and perform quality assurance activities related to examination performance.
  • Exercise independent judgment and responsibility in performing duties.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology from an accredited college or university.
  • ASCP or NCA certification required.
  • 2 years of satisfactory work experience in an accredited clinical laboratory, including 1 year in a laboratory with range and volume of testing, and types of instrumentation similar to this institution.
