We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at ProHealth Home Health & Hospice. As a Physical Therapist, you will administer physical therapy to patients in their place of residence, following physician orders and a plan of care under the direction of a Director of Clinical Services/Nursing Supervisor.
Responsibilities and Duties- Provide physician-prescribed physical therapy to patients.
- Improve or minimize residual physical disabilities of patients.
- Return individuals to optimum and productive levels within their capabilities.
- Participate in inservice programs and present inservice programs as assigned.
- Assist physicians with evaluating level of function and consult with physicians regarding changes in treatment.
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure in the state(s) in which practicing.
- Two (2) years' experience as a Physical Therapist, preferred.
- Ability to work independently and make sound judgments.
