The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, ensuring the safety and upkeep of residential properties.

  • Maintenance duties will involve the safe use of tools and equipment for general repairs and site cleaning.
  • The successful candidate will adhere to established safety and maintenance standards for all equipment operations, fire safety, and hazardous materials management.

Key Accountabilities:

  • The Maintenance Technician will conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant government laws and regulations.
  • They will fully support the goals and principles of federal and state fair housing laws.

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate must be available to work Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • They should possess skills in the safe use of tools and equipment used for general maintenance and repairs.
  • A strong understanding of reading and oral communication skills is essential.
  • The candidate must be able to reason, analyze information and events, and apply judgment to solve problems.
  • They should also be able to work outdoors in various conditions, often for extended periods.
  • Driving vehicles to and from the office and residential properties is a requirement.
  • A team player mindset is necessary for this role.
