Key Role in Client Relationships

We are seeking a dedicated Client Relationship Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing them with personalized banking solutions and advice.

About the Job

This is a unique opportunity to grow your career in banking and make a real impact on our clients' financial lives. As a Client Relationship Specialist, you will work closely with our sales team to identify client needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs.

You will also be responsible for supporting the teller line as needed, assisting with loan applications, and ensuring that all dual control vault responsibilities and audit controls are met.

Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience as a teller or universal banker, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, strong product knowledge, and ability to work effectively in a team environment
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, HSA with company match, and 401(k) with 6% match.
