Hair Styling Career Trainee

We are seeking a talented Hair Styling Career Trainee to join our dynamic SmartStyle team As a valued member of our salon, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and learning the skills necessary to excel in the beauty industry.

This 90-day temporary position offers the perfect opportunity to gain hands-on experience and learn from our experienced stylists. You will have the chance to observe and assist with various tasks, including cutting, styling, coloring, and providing wax treatments. Our goal is to help you develop the skills and confidence needed to succeed as a stylist.

• Provide exceptional customer service across all channels of communication, ensuring a positive experience for every guest.
• Learners observe and assist experienced stylists with various tasks, including cutting, styling, coloring, and providing wax treatments.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to company standards and guidelines.

• Be a recent graduate of an accredited cosmetology school or possess equivalent experience.
• Obtain a valid license to perform salon services within or before 90 days of hire-date.
• Demonstrate excellent judgment, time management, and communication skills.
• Have a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
