Job Summary

Soliant Health is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in a reputable school district in Tolleson, AZ.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive occupational therapy services to students in accordance with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) or 504 plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine students' needs and progress.
  • Collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other professionals to design and implement tailored treatment plans.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of student progress and interventions.
Requirements
  • Valid Arizona state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Prior experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate productive collaboration within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to assess individual student needs and devise strategies to support their success within an educational framework.
