Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team at Soliant.

Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this full-time, onsite position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

The SLPA will work district-wide under the supervision of a highly qualified SLP to provide speech and language therapy services to students. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the supervising SLP in conducting speech and language screenings
  • Implementing treatment plans or protocols developed by the SLP
  • Documenting student progress and maintaining accurate records
  • Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress
  • Participating in team meetings and professional development opportunities
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Certification as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with students from diverse backgrounds
  • A commitment to providing high-quality therapy and support
