We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Postdoctoral Research Fellow to join our team at InsideHigherEd. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to ongoing research projects, develop their skills in structural MRI, fMRI, and neuropsychological methods, and collaborate with a dynamic research group.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct research studies and analyze data to increase our understanding of early indicators of Alzheimer's disease
- Develop and implement research projects, including designing experiments, collecting and analyzing data, and interpreting results
- Collaborate with the research team to develop and implement research projects, including designing experiments, collecting and analyzing data, and interpreting results
- Contribute to the development of research proposals and grant applications
- Supervise and mentor students and research assistants
- Ph.D. in psychology, cognitive neuroscience, or a related field
- Strong writing and communication skills, with a proven track record of publishing research in peer-reviewed journals
- Experience with structural MRI, fMRI, and neuropsychological methods
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant experience with functional MRI, functional connectivity, structural neuroimaging, neuropsychology, sensory and cognitive assessment, or risk factors for AD in epidemiological studies
