Job Overview

CPI Assembly is a critical role within our organization, requiring attention to detail and a strong work ethic. As a CPI Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for operating tape machines, bag sealers, and other hand-powered equipment to assemble and sort work pieces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate tape machines and bag sealers to assemble and sort work pieces
  • Verify safety equipment on machines and equipment before starting work
  • Work from operation sheets, prints, and written work instructions to ensure accuracy
  • Measure work piece dimensions to determine accuracy of machine operations
  • Report job operations in SAP and maintain quality of product produced
  • Clean work station as required at the end of job assignment or shift
Requirements
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
  • Ability to stand and reach with hands and arms regularly
  • Ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, keyboard, etc.
  • Ability to walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk, or hear occasionally
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
