As a Registered Nurse (RN) in our Nurse Residency Program, you will be responsible for:
- Assessing patients' needs and developing individualized care plans
- Training and educating family members on patient care
- Administering medications and therapies as prescribed
- Communicating with other members of the patients' multidisciplinary team
- Managing supplies and equipment
- Responding to emergencies and crises
To be eligible for our Nurse Residency Program, you must:
- Hold a current RN license in good standing
- Have current CPR certification
- Have strong organizational and communication skills
