Housekeeping Specialist

As a Housekeeping Specialist with Crothall Healthcare, Inc., you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our patients, staff, and visitors. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Cleaning and Sanitation: Perform thorough cleaning and sanitizing of patient rooms, common areas, and equipment, adhering to strict infection control protocols.
• Floor Care and Maintenance: Maintain floors, carpets, and other surfaces to ensure a clean and safe environment.
• Project Services: Assist with special projects, such as moving patients, changing mattresses, and stocking supplies.
• Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all equipment is in good working condition and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to patients, staff, and visitors, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: One to two years of experience as a housekeeper or service worker preferred.
• Skills: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for prolonged periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
