Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Specialist or Instrumentation Technician to join our team at International Paper's Vicksburg Mill. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our electrical and instrumentation systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform electrical circuit troubleshooting and repair, conduit and wire installation, lighting repair, and PLC troubleshooting and repair.
  • Calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair instrumentation and control valves.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
  • Operate and maintain industrial equipment and machinery.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Three years of experience in electrical or instrumentation maintenance, or a degree or certification in electrical and/or instrumentation studies.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to work any shift, including rotating shifts, and overtime as needed.
  • Willingness to undergo a drug screen and submit to periodic drug screens as a condition of employment.
