About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our Management and Sales Training Program. As a Management Trainee, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support business strategies to increase sales and optimize profitability
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
  • Build and maintain knowledge of all products to ensure effective customer recommendations
  • Build positive relationships with wholesale and retail customers
  • Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment
  • Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license
  • Must have at least a bachelor's degree by the start of this development program
  • Must be able to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
Preferred Qualifications
  • At least one year of experience working in a retail, sales, or customer service position
  • At least one year of experience in a leadership role, supervising others, or leading teams
  • Previous experience working in a team-oriented setting
  • Previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language
