Senior Spa Esthetician

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Senior Spa Esthetician to join our team at the Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport. As a Senior Spa Esthetician, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional hair spa services to our guests while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.

With 1,054 rooms, seven outlets for drinking and dining, a signature spa, fitness center, and rooftop pool, we offer an unparalleled luxury experience to our guests. Our hotel features over 100,000 square feet of meeting and event space, making us the perfect destination for corporate events, weddings, and social gatherings.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional hair spa services to our guests, ensuring a high level of quality and professionalism
• Educate guests on home maintenance and the benefits of additional services
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to state laws and licensing requirements
• Participate in coaching, salon, and company meetings as required
• Build mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among coworkers
• Respond swiftly and effectively in emergency or safety situations

Requirements: To be successful as a Senior Spa Esthetician, you will need:

• A state license and certification in esthetics
• At least 2 years of experience and training in a similar position in the hotel/resort/guest service industry
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to multitask
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Highly developed problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills
