Job Description
We are looking for an Electromechanical Assembly Technician to support our operations. In this position, you will engage in repetitive plumbing and mechanical assembly or basic electromechanical assembly that requires precise and delicate hand movements. You will be expected to uphold the pace and quality of your assembly tasks while adhering to all safety protocols and quality standards.
Your responsibilities will include receiving components for assembly and/or testing in a designated order, as well as assembling mechanical or electrical parts through careful hand and equipment coordination. You will be tasked with assembling various in-house standard products, following assembly and testing instructions, and utilizing basic hand or power tools along with straightforward jigs and fixtures.
Additionally, you will enter work hours into the ERP system, currently SAP, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Conducting daily housekeeping and 5S audits will be essential to ensure ongoing enhancement activities. You will also be required to read and interpret blueprints and maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Job Type
This position is a Contract-to-Hire opportunity.
Work Environment
This role is based in a clean industrial facility with a team of approximately 30-40 employees per shift. The position requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently, with heavier items being team-lifted or rigged. Standard work hours are 1st shift from 6am to 2:30pm or 2nd shift from 2pm to 10:30pm, with potential overtime after training.
