About the Role

As a Therapist, you'll work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping our participants overcome challenges and achieve their goals. You'll also have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including homes, communities, and offices.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to identify the needs of our participants.
  • Provide evidence-based therapy, family support, and crisis interventions to individuals, families, and groups.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and treatment team members to provide mental health consultation and support.
  • Develop and coordinate discharge planning to ensure a smooth transition for our participants.
  • Maintain accurate and timely health record documentation to track progress and outcomes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a human services field, plus at least 3 years of experience, or a Master's degree in a human services field, plus LPC or MFT licensure.
