Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Stocking Team Supervisor to join our team at Walmart Supercenter #2596. As a Stocking Team Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the stocking process, ensuring accurate and efficient inventory management, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the stocking process, ensuring accurate and efficient inventory management
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to company standards and regulations
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve inventory management goals and objectives
  • Monitor and report any discrepancies or issues with inventory levels or stockroom organization
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in inventory management or a related field
  • Ability to lift heavy objects (over 50 pounds) and operate heavy machinery (forklifts)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
