Join Our Team as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Blossom ABA Therapy is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in the Northern Virginia and Virginia Beach/Norfolk regions and their surrounding areas. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effectiveness of our programs and providing exceptional care to children with Autism.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Manage and coordinate the efforts of assigned staff to achieve client objectives.
  • Provide case-specific training and supervision to Behavior Technicians.
  • Implement program curricula and manage data to track client progress.
Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in psychology, special education, or a related field.
  • Current BCBA certification.
  • Access to reliable transportation.
  • Strong interpersonal and writing skills.
