About the Job



We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Maxim Healthcare Services. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing quality patient care in a home healthcare setting.



Responsibilities




  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Provide education to patients and caregivers on disease management and treatment
  • Document patient information and outcomes in accordance with regulatory requirements


Requirements




  • Current RN license for the state in which you practice
  • Current Health Certificate (per facility RN contract or state regulation)
  • Current PPD or Chest X-Ray
  • Current BLS card
  • One year prior RN experience preferred
