Overview: Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) are essential to delivering exceptional nursing care. Today's CNAs are tomorrow's LPNs and RNs. Villaspring of Erlanger is dedicated to helping you embark on your healthcare journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting residents with daily hygiene tasks (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.)
  • Supporting residents with mobility and positioning
  • Transporting residents as needed
  • Responding promptly to resident calls
  • Monitoring, reporting, and addressing changes in resident conditions
  • Documenting care in the resident's electronic medical record
  • Participating in mandatory training and educational sessions
  • Assisting residents during meal times

Qualifications:

  • Valid Kentucky State Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
  • Strong documentation abilities; experience with Point Click Care (PCC) is advantageous
  • Consistent work history with excellent attendance
  • A positive demeanor and a genuine passion for elder care
  • Patience, empathy, and compassion for those in need of assistance
