Role Overview: The Outreach and Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for driving revenue through proactive field sales initiatives, identifying key accounts, and building strong relationships to deliver customized care solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulating and implementing a strategic field sales plan to achieve business growth objectives
  • Assessing and prioritizing potential referral sources to maximize outreach
  • Building and nurturing professional relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations
  • Representing the organization with professionalism and integrity
  • Compiling sales reports and participating in strategic growth discussions
  • Performing additional tasks to enhance business operations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, marketing, business development, or related field
  • A minimum of 2 years of sales experience, ideally within the healthcare sector
  • Experience collaborating with healthcare providers and creating referral networks
  • Self-motivated with a focus on achieving results
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Compensation and Benefits:
