About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Floor Helper to join our team at Samuel Son & Co. As a Floor Helper, you will play a critical role in supporting our manufacturing process by assisting operators with various tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist operators with tasks such as cleaning, painting, and sorting parts
  • Participate in team-based activities and work independently as assigned
  • Perform tasks that require lifting, bending, twisting, and using basic hand tools
  • Continuously shift body weight, hand location, and grip to reduce static posture positioning
  • Work safely and follow proper lifting techniques, hand/body positioning, and buddy system
