We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team at AccentCare, Inc. in Nacogdoches, TX.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is between $98,000 and $115,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description

This role involves working as an independent practitioner, providing rehabilitation therapy services to patients in their homes. You will assess patients' needs, develop treatment plans, and deliver personalized care to help them regain independence and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and cognitive abilities
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs
  • Deliver high-quality therapy services, including exercises, activities, and education
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent with licensure or certification within the state
  • At least two years of experience working independently in a home health, medical-surgical, or rehabilitation center environment
  • A valid driver's license and ability to travel to all business locations
